TUITION
AND
REGISTRATION
POLICIES
To
register
for
classes
ONLINE,
please
read these
policies.
When we
have
received
the
appropriate
deposit
before the
first day
of class
or the
class is
full, you
are
registered.
Registration
is on a
first-received,
first-enrolled
basis
until the
maximum
class size
is
reached.
If a
minimum
class size
is not
reached,
you will
be
refunded
in full
unless you
opt to
take the
same class
offered on
another
day in the
same
session.
Musical
Theatre
Workshop
tuition is
for the
FULL
SESSION
ONLY, not
monthly.
By signing
the
registration
form, you
agree to
pay the
FULL
TUITION
for the
entire
session.
Bills are
not sent.
Partial
scholarships
are
available
by
application.
Please
call HITS
to receive
one. Full
scholarships
are
granted by
interview
with the
student
and parent
only.
Only
registered
students
may attend
classes.
REFUND
POLICY
There is a
non-refundable
and
non-transferable
fee of $40
included
in the
deposit.
To obtain
a refund
of the
balance,
you must
request a
refund in
writing
before the
third day
of
classes.
After that
date, no
refunds
will be
given. You
are
responsible
for paying
THE ENTIRE
TUITION
FOR THE
SESSION
regardless
of whether
your child
participates
or not if
you have
not
requested
a refund
by the
third day
of class.
